Points Per $ purchase

I want to create points per purchase or dollar value for rewards programs (Ex. 1 point per $1 purchased), then be able to assign rewards per purchase amount, on a tiered bases.  (Ex. 25 points = Free Coffee, 100 points = 10% off purchase, 200 points = $25 off purchase), etc.
